For all exercises, it is important to properly prepare your skin for optimal comfort by applying to the face:
- An oil: treasure oil or beneficial foraha oil.
Or
- A rich cream (among the masterful ones) if you are not oily.
Exercise n°1 the lion's wrinkle :
Place your index fingers between your eyebrows on your forehead and then stretch upwards, while closing your eyes as tightly as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise 5 times.
Exercise #2 to reduce dark circles, bags and crow's feet :
Place the middle fingers at the corners of the eye and gently stretch the skin up to the temple. Repeat the movement for 30 seconds without pressing too hard. The use of an eye contour such as the sacred fluid with green coffee is recommended to multiply the lifting and draining action of the massage.
Exercise #3 sculpting the cheekbones :
Bend the middle and index fingers and place the phalanges at the base of the cheekbones on each side of the nostrils. Spread the fingers slightly so as to "encompass" the cheekbones then, by pressing on the area, follow the contour of the cheekbones while going up to the temples. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Exercise #4 to reduce the double chin :
Stretch the corner of your lips by smiling in an exaggerated manner, pulling as far as you can until you feel your neck muscles tense. Hold the position for 5 seconds and repeat the operation 5 times.
Exercise #5: Lift the contours of the face :
Place your thumbs under your chin and open your mouth by pressing your thumbs with your lower jaw. Resist the pressure of your jaw with your thumbs and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Exercise #6 to reduce nasolabial fold wrinkles :
Gently pinch the skin between your thumb and forefinger, moving up along the nasolabial folds for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Exercise #7 plump up the lips :
Keep your mouth closed and pinch your lips together with your thumb and index finger, starting from the center of your lips and moving to the corners. Repeat for 1 minute 30 seconds.
