HOT/COLD
Too much stress for the skin:
When the skin is attacked by wind and rain that whip the face or the stinging cold, the cells react by multiplying to act as a barrier. It is this proliferation of cells that creates inflammation with the occasional appearance of plaques on the cheeks, nose, and corners of the lips that can lead to peeling of the skin and the formation of ringworm, all signs of severe dryness. When in contact with the cold, the vessels retract and when in contact with heat, they dilate. All thermal changes (from home to the office to the metro) are difficult to bear for sensitive skin. The cheeks become all red, the skin is tight, hyper-reactive and weakened.
When it's hot, it loses its water, becomes dehydrated...
It is therefore important to protect it well with a rich, very hydrating, nourishing, even restorative treatment.
THE RITUAL
It is essential:
1) to protect your skin from the cold with a rich-textured shield cream which acts as a windbreaker (film-forming), preserves the skin's hydration and nourishes it.
Apply in the morning before going out the masterful cream which intensely hydrates and protects the skin from redness and irritation.
It can also be used in combination with the treasure oil, either by applying it before to nourish the skin and facilitate the penetration of the active ingredients of the magistrale; or by adding 2 to 3 drops directly to the cream.
2) repair by applying a regenerating mask:
In the evening, apply the marula mask like a night cream to regenerate and nourish your skin.
3) or to soothe irritation with the fatty acids contained in vegetable oils: the beneficial Foraha oil hydrates, “cuts the fire”, calms redness and irritation.
Important: remove make-up or cleanse the skin with the very gentle Kalahari beneficial milk, ideal for sensitive skin, avoid any friction.
Don't forget to moisturize and nourish your hands: massage them in case of cold or very hot weather with Foraha oil.

Mentally visualize a circle of protection around you and you will be protected and well all day long.
You can also calm your mind by breathing by inflating your stomach when inhaling and exhaling through your mouth very slowly while visualizing emptying all the stress that is in you, the ideal: 12 breaths per minute.
